📅 Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens! To keep things fair for families and tutors, our cancellation policy is:

• Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance → You’ll receive a full refund, whether you paid a deposit or the full amount.

• Sessions cancelled within 24 hours → The deposit is non-refundable. If you paid the full fee in advance, you will be refunded the balance only.

• Digital products → Please note all digital downloads are non-refundable, as they cannot be returned once purchased.

I kindly ask that cancellations are made as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another learner.
