Why Our Policies Are Public
If reading policies makes you feel a little nervous, please know you’re not alone. Many families arrive here carrying questions, worries, or past experiences that make clarity feel especially important.
At Kindling Minds, transparency matters.
When families choose support, they deserve to know exactly what to expect. That includes how sessions work, how payments are structured, how information is handled, and how everyone’s rights are protected.
By making all policies publicly available, I am creating clarity from the very beginning. There are no hidden terms, no surprises, and no small print that appears later. Everything is open, accessible and written in clear language so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
For many of the families I support, uncertainty can feel overwhelming. Clear boundaries and shared expectations help create safety. Policies are not about control. They are about fairness, consistency and protecting everyone involved.
Kindling Minds is built on confidence, connection and kindness. Transparency is part of that foundation.
